1. Designate a Unit Liaison

Every project begins by selecting a Unit Liaison (Point of Contact) who will coordinate with our team throughout the project. The liaison provides basic project information, including the organization, preferred manufacturer, estimated quantity, and any initial design ideas.

2. Project Consultation & Quote

Once we receive your information, we’ll discuss your vision, recommend the best products for your project, and provide a detailed quote. We’ll also establish a project timeline, including the length of your group’s online ordering period.

3. Design & Proof Approval

Our team works directly with the manufacturer to develop your custom commemorative design. Before production begins, you’ll receive a digital proof for review. Your Unit Liaison will have the opportunity to request revisions and provide final approval before the project moves forward.

4. Secure Online Ordering

After the design is approved, we’ll build a private online ordering portal exclusively for your group. Members can place their orders during the designated ordering window. For firearm purchases, customers will also select their preferred FFL dealer during checkout.

5. Production

Once the ordering period closes, we’ll verify the final order with your Unit Liaison before submitting it to the manufacturer. Production typically takes 6–9 months, depending on the manufacturer and product selected.

6. Distribution & Delivery

When production is complete, we inspect each item for quality and accuracy. After receiving final approval from your Unit Liaison, we execute the distribution plan. Firearms are shipped to each purchaser’s selected FFL dealer, while knives, watches, and other eligible items are shipped directly to the purchaser.
